Online learning works best when schools and families collaborate. From assisting with enrollment timing to deeper needs, our counselor partners with parents, guardians, and learning coaches to ensure students have the tools, structure, and encouragement they need to succeed.
Families can connect with our counseling team for support with:

SOARing Beyond the Classroom
For students, Falcon View Online is an important stepping – stone towards their future, whether that includes high education or entering the workforce. We offer a variety of individualized services to help students prepare for whatever comes next!
- Personalized learning plans
- Interactive informational sessions (financial-aid, scholarships, college application processes, entrance requirements, etc.)
- Preparation for college admission tests
- One-on-one counseling sessions with seniors providing resources and assistance with post-secondary planning

Academic Planning & Goal Setting
Every Falcon View Online student has unique goals. Our counselor works closely with students and families to create an academic plan that supports their future.
Support may include:
- Building individualized academic plans
- Helping students choose courses that match their interests
- Monitoring progress and identifying additional support if needed
- Preparing students for graduation and next steps
Whether students are exploring new interests or preparing for life after high school, our counseling team helps them build a pathway to SOAR.
Credit Recovery
Credit recovery provides students with an opportunity to make up credits needed for graduation if a course was not successfully completed. Through flexible, individualized options, students can stay on track to meet graduation requirements.
Social-Emotional Support for Online Learners
Student well-being is essential to learning. Our counseling services provide resources and guidance that help studetns navigate challenges, build resilience, and stay connected.
Studetns may receive support with:
- Managing stress or academic pressure
- Budiling confidence and self-advocacy
- Developing healthy habits and routines

Work Based Learning Opportunities
Work-Based Learning (WBL) gives high school students the opportunity to gain real-world experience while earning high school credit. Students apply what they are learning in the classroom to actual work settings, helping them explore career interests, develop job skills, and build connections with professionals in the field.
