- Masters in Special Education with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders K-21 from the University of St. Thomas
I began my teaching career as an educational assistant in the South St. Paul School District and has since taught special education for over seven years including five years at Lionsgate Shoreview. This is Mr. Birnie’s third year with Falcon View Online and the Wabasha-Kellogg School District.
