Technology Requirements
Students & Learning Coaches can login to Imagine Learning from a variety of devices. When using your own device, it’s important that software and hardware are up to date. For the best experience, be sure to follow our minimum system requirements and connection recommendations for accessing Imagine Learning.
Falcon View Online's Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy supplements and operates in conjunction with the Wabasha-Kellogg 524 INTERNET ACCEPTABLE USE AND SAFETY POLICY. It outlines specific terms and conditions governing the use of Falcon View Online devices provided by the Wabasha-Kellogg School District.
1. Educational Purpose
Falcon View Online devices are issued solely for educational purposes. Students shall utilize the device primarily to complete school assignments, access instructional materials, and participate in District-approved online learning activities.
Any use deemed unrelated to the student’s educational endeavors may result in disciplinary action, including usage restrictions or device revocation.
2. Financial Responsibility
Students and their parents/guardians assume full financial responsibility for any damage to, loss of, or theft of the Falcon View Online device.
Parents/guardians are obligated to promptly report any damage, loss, or theft to designated District personnel.
3. Device Return Process
Upon withdrawal from the District, termination of enrollment, or at the District’s request, students must return the Falcon View Online device and all accompanying accessories (charger, case, etc.) by mail.
Parent/Guardians shall be responsible for keeping all packing materials provided by Falcon View Online and returning all equipment in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, Parent/Guardians must purchase replacement packaging at an authorized UPS or FedEx center at their own expense.
Failure to return the device in a timely manner may result in the assessment of additional fees or legal action.
4. Acknowledgement and Agreement
By receiving a Falcon View Online device, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy and the Wabasha-Kellogg Internet Acceptable Use and Safety Policy.
Violations of this Policy may result in disciplinary consequences, up to and including device confiscation, usage restrictions, and/or financial penalties.
